The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The hotel was well-located, making it easy to reach the nearby shopping mall and beaches. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including fresh fruit. The spa was small but had everything I needed.

The location of this hotel is amazing, nestled among the palm trees just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We loved the tranquility it offered, with easy access to the commercial area. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. We also appreciated the option to rent bicycles and explore the area at our own pace. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was quiet and perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Not at the beach, but in a short walk you can reach it, as well as the Península area, the Casino, a shopping mall, and some restaurants. Staff very helpful. Definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed our short getaway at awa. The food was excellent, and their home theater a nice experience. Highly recommend it.

Enjoyable Easter weekend

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel and had a great time. Stayed in an executive room with great amenities, and the staff was friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations for local spots. The hotel location was within walking distance to a popular beach and nearby restaurants. A nice perk was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious, and had a wide variety of options available.

The hotel was quite pricey, which may not suit all budgets. The lobby area could be updated and made more modern, but still cozy enough.

Fantastic Hotel in Punta del Este.

During Christmas, I had a pleasant stay in this modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me as it was near the shopping center, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. I especially liked the breakfast which offered a variety of fresh fruits and pastries.

There were a few hiccups during my stay. the noise level from the street was quite high at times, and it disturbed my sleep.

Most of staff were very friendly und helpful. Quiet and nice sourroundingsl Safety. It was possible to take relaxed strolls in the neighbourhood. Beds very comfortable

Is was cold in the bathroom (beginning of November, nights are still pretty cold), and there was no heater or any other heating device. If you have to leave early in the morning its difficult to get regular breakfast service

The hotel was located too far from the center of town, requiring a taxi to access most beaches and restaurants.
